
Peter Van Dyke (B.S., University of Richmond; M.B.A., New York University) is a New York–based consultant and investor with longstanding interests in history, preservation, genealogy, and civic institutions. He is active in charitable and educational initiatives through the Van Dyke Family Foundation, where he supports organizations focused on education, community engagement, and historical preservation. He also has a particular appreciation for the cultural and historical legacy of New Netherland and early New York, and for the ways in which those influences continue to shape the character of the Mid-Atlantic region today.
A native of Baltimore, Peter now lives in Manhattan. His personal interests include travel, historical research, collecting, and the study of early American and European history. He enjoys supporting organizations dedicated to preserving cultural memory, fostering public understanding of history, and strengthening connections between past and present.
